We found this old video of a swimwear photoshoot from Girls of Venus that featured some beautiful models including some classic Playboy Playmates, including the beautiful Christina Leardini. Christina is one of our all-time favorite Playmates with her dark eyes, long, dark hair and exotic look. You can see in the screen shot above why she was so popular as she gazes into the camera wearing her bikini.
Christina burst onto the modeling scene as the Playboy Playmate of the Month for April 1991. She was one of the more prolific Playmates of her era, appearing in numerous Playboy video productions and special editions throughout the mid-90s. She was 5′ 8″ with a killer body, se she stood out with her tall figure. Despite her Italian last name, her father was from Suadi Arabia which explains her exotic look.
After the 90s she seems to have disappeared from the modeling scene. Unlike other Playmates we can’t find photos or interviews with her from events like glamour modeling conventions.

We just learned about the passing of legendary sex symbol Brigitte Bardot. She was one of the iconic figures of the 20th century and she had a huge impact on popular culture in the post-war era. Not least of which was her impact on the popularity of the bikini, making her one of the most notable figures in the history of the bikini.
The bikini was invented in 1946 by Louis Réard and initially met with resistance in that conservative era. It was banned in several countries, condemned by the Vatican, and restricted on U.S. screens. But then came Brigitte Bardot, who played a pivotal role in popularizing the bikini in the early 1950s, transforming it from a scandalous novelty into a mainstream symbol of youthful freedom and sensuality.
The photo above with the lovely woman wearing a hat as she walks along the beach in a blue bikini was created by the Gemini AI app, otherwide known as nano banana. It’s a nice image, and as you might expect, one of the common uses of generative AI involves creating images of beautiful women. We can’t help oursleves.
This has so many implications it makes your head spin. But one of the immediate side effects we’re seeing these days is a proliferation of “AI slop.” That’s basically garbage content created by AI in bulk, and then often used on social media to drive clicks and engagement, and in many cases revenues for the account posting this garbage.
Have you been on Facebook lately? They app is loaded with AI slop, and Facebook’s algorithm seems to be encouraging it! I like accounts that feature pretty celebrities, and now I’m inundated with fake celebrity photos, often paired with fake news about what a celebrity said and did. And of course Facebook seems to be doing little about it.
So while we can enjoy these images, it’s a lot less interesting and fun when they’re everywhere, and you don’t know what real or not real.
